A pricing update for Bean Buster Coffee will take effect from 1 January 2026. Prices have remained unchanged for as long as possible, and the adjustment reflects increased costs across sourcing and production.
Why Prices Are Changing
Bean Buster Coffee is a Melbourne roaster focused on clarity and consistency. Grade 1 and top-lot coffees are sourced through Australian importers and roasted in small batches for clean flavour and consistent results. Over the past 18 months, the costs behind this process have increased.
The main cost increases have come from:
- Higher prices for Grade 1 green coffee at origin
- Rising import and freight costs absorbed by Australian importers
- Increases in packaging and production costs in Australia
What’s Changing?
From 1 January 2026, updated retail prices will apply to all Bean Buster Coffee products listed on the website. This includes blends, single origins, and decaf.
The same Grade 1 and top-lot coffees, small-batch roasting approach, and quality benchmarks will continue.
What’s Not Changing
- 100% Grade 1 and top-lot coffees purchased through trusted Australian importers
- Small-batch roasting in Melbourne
- Clean flavour, balanced structure, and consistent results
- Clear information about origin and processing
We Delayed This Increase as Long as Possible
Throughout the year, rising costs were absorbed rather than passed on immediately. Updating pricing now allows Bean Buster Coffee to maintain the same quality standards without cutting corners.
Current Pricing Remains in Place Until 31 December
The updated prices do not take effect until 1 January 2026. Throughout December, all coffees on the website remain at the current pricing, so customers are welcome to purchase at the existing rates before the update begins. The full coffee range can be viewed here.
