1. Where We Ship

Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and approved courier partners.

International Shipping
Shipping is currently available to New Zealand. Additional destinations may be introduced in the future.

2. Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available across Australia. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on order weight, order value, and delivery location.

Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for eligible orders. Express options and pricing are displayed at checkout.

Local Free Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 10 kilometre radius of Altona VIC 3018. Eligibility is automatically determined at checkout. Delivery is scheduled after order confirmation and is available Monday to Friday.

3. Shipping Rate Structure

Shipping rates may vary depending on delivery location. Separate pricing structures may apply for Victoria and Rest of Australia orders. All available delivery options and pricing are displayed at checkout prior to payment.

4. Free Shipping Offers

Where a Free Shipping offer is displayed, eligibility may be subject to minimum spend requirements and selected product categories. Free Shipping promotions apply to coffee beans unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Express Shipping Upgrades

Orders eligible for free standard delivery may be offered an Express Shipping Upgrade at checkout. Upgrade pricing and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout.

6. Freight Quote Orders

Large or heavy orders exceeding standard parcel limits may require manual freight pricing. Where applicable, checkout will display "Freight Quote Required." Freight costs will be confirmed after order review and prior to dispatch.

7. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within two to four business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays. Once dispatched, customers receive tracking details via email.

8. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Australia
Standard delivery generally takes two to eight business days depending on destination.
Express delivery generally takes one to four business days depending on destination.

New Zealand
International delivery timeframes vary and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier operations, weather events, public holidays, and other external factors beyond our control.

9. Tracking Orders

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders where applicable. Customers may contact Bean Buster Coffee if assistance is required with tracking or delivery updates.

10. Authority to Leave

By placing an order, customers authorise the shipping carrier to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive delivery, unless otherwise requested during checkout. Bean Buster Coffee is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

11. Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact info@beanbustercoffee.com.au or call 0400 400 540. We will work with the carrier to investigate delivery issues where possible.

12. Shipping Restrictions

Some products, including bottled beverages, alternative milk products, fragile equipment, and bulk orders, may require specific delivery methods or may be subject to delivery limitations. Any applicable restrictions will be displayed at checkout.

13. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale, commercial, or bulk orders may require pallet freight or specialised courier services. Shipping costs and arrangements may be confirmed separately prior to dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
