Make an eligible Bean Buster Coffee purchase by 30 September 2026 through the Bean Buster Coffee online store, a qualifying Bean Buster Coffee partner offer, or a participating retailer offering this promotion to enter the draw to win coffee for a year.

Use LOCAL25 online to receive 25% off your first order placed through the Bean Buster Coffee online store. Participating retailers offering this promotion will provide 25% off Bean Buster Coffee products from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. Entry is limited to one per customer.

Competition Period

  • The competition opens at 12:00 am AEST on 15 August 2026.
  • Entries close at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
  • Purchases made outside the competition period are not eligible.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents who have not previously purchased through the Bean Buster Coffee online store before the competition period.
  • Previous purchases of Bean Buster Coffee from a retailer do not prevent a customer from entering, provided they have not previously purchased through the Bean Buster Coffee online store and otherwise meet these Terms and Conditions.
  • Entrants must have a valid Australian address for delivery of the prize.
  • Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Employees of Bean Buster Coffee and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • Make an eligible Bean Buster Coffee purchase during the competition period through the Bean Buster Coffee online store, a qualifying Bean Buster Coffee partner offer, or a participating retailer offering this promotion.
  • For purchases through the Bean Buster Coffee online store, enter LOCAL25 at checkout. A paid order using LOCAL25 will automatically receive one competition entry.
  • For purchases through a qualifying Bean Buster Coffee partner offer, follow the purchase instructions provided with that offer. A qualifying paid order will automatically receive one competition entry.
  • For purchases from a participating retailer, purchase Bean Buster Coffee during the retailer's promotion and either scan the competition QR code and complete the online competition entry form or complete a paper competition entry form available from the participating retailer.
  • Retail entrants must confirm that they meet the competition eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Paper entries must be completed and submitted to the participating retailer during the competition period. Paper entries may be verified by the participating retailer before being included in the draw.
  • Entry is limited to one per customer, regardless of the offer, participating retailer or method of entry used.
  • No additional entry fee applies. Normal product and delivery charges apply where applicable.
  • Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise ineligible purchases or entries will not be included in the draw.

LOCAL25 Offer

  • LOCAL25 provides 25% off a customer's first order placed through the Bean Buster Coffee online store.
  • The discount applies to coffee products only.
  • Bulk coffee drums are excluded.
  • LOCAL25 is limited to one use per customer.
  • LOCAL25 may be used with the Coffee of the Month offer.
  • LOCAL25 cannot be combined with any other discount code.

Participating Retailer Offers

  • Participating retailers offering this promotion will provide 25% off Bean Buster Coffee products from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026.
  • The 25% discount is applied by the participating retailer at the time of purchase.
  • The retailer promotional discount and competition eligibility are separate. Customers who have previously purchased Bean Buster Coffee from a retailer may still enter, provided they have not previously purchased through the Bean Buster Coffee online store and otherwise meet the competition eligibility requirements.
  • Eligible customers may enter by completing the online competition entry form accessed through the competition QR code or by completing a paper competition entry form available from the participating retailer.
  • A participating retailer purchase does not provide an additional entry if the customer has already entered through LOCAL25, a qualifying Bean Buster Coffee partner offer or another participating retailer.

Delivery Offers

  • Free local delivery is available for Bean Buster Coffee online orders delivered to addresses within 10 kilometres of Altona.
  • Free Australia-wide shipping is available on packaged coffee orders of $50 or more after discounts.
  • Delivery offers do not apply to purchases made directly from participating retailers unless otherwise stated by that retailer.

Prize

  • There is one prize.
  • The winner will receive 1 kilogram of packaged Bean Buster Coffee each month for 12 consecutive months.
  • The winner may choose from Bean Buster Coffee products available in a 1-kilogram size at the time of each delivery.
  • The winner may select whole bean or an available ground option.
  • Bulk coffee drums are excluded.
  • Delivery to one valid Australian address is included.
  • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • If a selected coffee is unavailable, Bean Buster Coffee will offer an available replacement of equal or greater value.

Draw

  • The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place at Bean Buster Coffee in Altona, Victoria 3018, at 12:00 noon AEST on 2 October 2026.
  • Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
  • Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

Winner Notification and Publication

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number supplied with their order or competition entry.
  • The winner's first name, surname initial and suburb will be published at beanbustercoffee.com.au on 3 October 2026.
  • The winner's details will remain published for at least 28 days.
  • The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, eligibility and delivery address before receiving the prize.

Prize Delivery

  • The first monthly prize delivery will be arranged within 28 days of the draw, subject to confirmation of the winner's details.
  • The remaining deliveries will be dispatched approximately monthly until all 12 deliveries have been completed.
  • The winner is responsible for keeping their delivery address and coffee preferences current.
  • The winner will not be charged for delivery or for accepting the prize.

Unclaimed Prize

  • Bean Buster Coffee will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days or is found to be ineligible, a second random draw may be conducted.
  • Any second draw will take place at Bean Buster Coffee in Altona, Victoria 3018, at 12:00 noon AEDT on 19 October 2026.
  • Any replacement winner will be contacted in writing and published at beanbustercoffee.com.au on 20 October 2026.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected through orders and competition entry forms will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
  • Entrants may separately choose to receive Bean Buster Coffee marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the competition.
  • Where an entrant provides marketing consent, Bean Buster Coffee may use the entrant's contact details to send news, offers and promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Entrant information will not otherwise be used for another purpose unless the entrant has separately consented or its use is otherwise permitted by law.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Bean Buster Coffee Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

  • By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Bean Buster Coffee may verify entries and disqualify an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using false information or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Bean Buster Coffee may request reasonable evidence of a qualifying purchase if required to verify an entry.
  • If the competition cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bean Buster Coffee, the competition may be modified, suspended or cancelled, subject to applicable law.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
